As a child of the Berlin and Brandenburg club culture, I spent most of my time time in dark and dirty club basements in the so called Berlin Hinterland. Besides various party series, I organized and hosted the Querfeld stage at the well-known Fusion Festival in collaboration with Giegling Records and Syc, an art collective for stage design and music. During this time I started to study communication design at the HTW Berlin. I was lucky enough to get a scholarship from Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes and finished my bachelor studies in 2015 with my thesis Superbold – Book about heavy fonts.

My first experience with branding was at MetaDesign. Afterwards I moved to my first real advertising station at Preuss und Preuss. There I worked for clients like Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, One.org and ALDI Süd.

In 2017, my path led me to fischerAppelt, where I learned about the synergies between advertising and PR. Thanks to a restructuring, in 2019 I moved to Philipp und Keuntje, the new creative powerhouse of the fischerAppelt group. There, I was part of the team that developed the campaign #unhatewomen, a campaign against hate speech and violence against women which was very recognized and multi-awarded.
A bit later I took a step further and joined Heimat Berlin where I’ve been working especially for Hornbach.

I still really enjoy following projects away from the advertising world with my friends. In the past, this has resulted in work such as Passions of the flesh, which was awarded one of 100 beste Plakate Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz and Art Directors Club Germany or the interactive sound and light installation mindmachines. In general, music is still also a very important part of my life. So I love to collect records from labels like Basic Channel, Chain Reaction, Axis, Tresor Records and many more. From time to time I also produce some tracks with my beloved synthesizers. And one thing is very important to me. I really like dogs. I don’t have one. But dogs are great.
