About Me

Hello, curious human! You’ve stumbled upon my portfolio, which, let’s face it, is probably the most fascinating thing you’ll read today (and I don’t even need to exaggerate to make that statement). But in case you’re wondering, yes, I did write this myself. Who else could capture the true essence of me better than… well, me?

So, who am I? At night I’m just a guy laying in my bed but during the day I’m a Berlin-based art director, visual storyteller, and supplier of good design. You know, that person who makes your screen look cooler, your poster more engaging, and your brand slightly more sophisticated without you even realizing it. It’s all in a day’s work. I’ve spent my career crafting creative solutions that sit at the intersection of aesthetics, strategy, and—let’s be honest—awkwardly trying to explain to my parents what exactly it is I do. “I make things look good,” I tell them. And they nod politely. The truth is, it’s a bit more complicated than that.

I’ve worked with some amazing brands, designing everything from sleek printed matters to full-blown creative campaigns. I’ve been around long enough to know that creativity is not just about looking good; it’s about making an impact. Some might say I’m a "problem solver" with a fancy title, but let’s just say I’m very good at making things visually pop while keeping it all under control. If there’s one thing I’ve learned in this industry, it’s that a good design is like a good coffee—bold, strong, and able to wake you up to the possibilities.

Born and raised in the artistic chaos of Lübben/ Spreewald (yes, the city that practically invented the concept of "cool"), I’m all about pushing boundaries and challenging conventions. O.K. Let’s get slightly more serious. I’ve worked with agencies, collaborated with independent artists, and even helped launch projects where the only limit was my imagination—and, sometimes, the client’s budget. But hey, we make it work, right?

When I’m not busy making the world a visually better place, I’m probably indulging in my other loves: a good vinyl record (preferably Techno, Electronica, Jazz and Punk), a fine cup of tea (yes, I’m a bit of a snob about it), and a quiet evening in Berlin’s Prenzlauer Berg district, where I can pretend I’m too cool for the crowds while secretly people-watching from the corner of a Eckkneipe.

And, of course, there’s my eternal love for dogs—if you’ve seen me walking through Berlin with a dog in tow, you’ll know I’m the kind of person who stops to pet every single dog I meet. It’s a simple, universal joy that’s way more rewarding than any design project.

So, that’s me in a nutshell. A Berlin-based art director and designer with a penchant for making things look good, solving problems, and enjoying life’s little pleasures. If you’re looking to collaborate, get a tea, or just chat about the best techno lables in this world, I’m your person. Otherwise, feel free to scroll down and check out my portfolio. It’s almost as fun as this bio. Almost.
